1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tesoro Vault By Tesoro Rico("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tesoro Vault By Tesoro Rico.
2. Mystery Box Purchases
Mystery boxes contain randomized luxury watch items. Probabilities for each item are disclosed before purchase. By purchasing a box, you acknowledge that the outcome is determined by random selection and accept the item received.
3. Final Sale — No Refunds
All mystery box purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on box purchases under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of the item received or its perceived value.
4. Buyback Program
After unboxing, you may choose to sell your item back to Tesoro Vault By Tesoro Rico for 85% of its listed value. Buyback offers are instant and credited to your wallet. Buyback rates and availability may change at our discretion. Items that have been shipped cannot be sold back.
5. Shipping
Items kept for shipping will be authenticated and shipped within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs may apply. Tesoro Vault By Tesoro Rico is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
6. Wallet & Payments
Wallet balances are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Platform. Deposits are processed via Stripe. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not exploit bugs, use bots, create multiple accounts, or engage in any activity that manipulates the Platform. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

Tesoro Vault By Tesoro Ricois not affiliated with any watch brand. Items are independently sourced and authenticated. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
